Reporting & Analytics

Many organizations struggle to provide real-time, web-based, mobile-friendly and modern dashboards and reports to their fundraising teams. Hours of precious staff time are spent wrangling data, fighting with queries and exports, and formatting reports that become outdated the moment they are distributed.

We have many years of experience developing reports using a variety of tools, including Cognos, Qlik, Tableau and SSRS. We also provide a packaged offering – BETTERVERSE BI ™ – that includes a full-suite of PowerBI reports that we will work with you to tailor for your organization. Although PowerBI can point at any modern CRM, we specialize in working with Raiser’s Edge NXT® clients, who benefit from greatly expanded analytics as well as a direct connection between the PowerBI visualizations and live NXT records.
